Started in 2022 to answer the phone at night. Now a full dispatch and back office operation for carriers and brokerages across Canada and the USA.
How it started
Aman Mann started Techluj in 2022 with a small team and a narrow idea: cover the night for logistics businesses in Canada and the United States. A handful of carriers who were tired of being woken at two in the morning, and a team in Sri Ganganagar for whom two in the morning in Ontario is the middle of a normal working day.
Diljan Singh joined and the work widened. Carriers who had bought overnight coverage started asking whether the same team could book their loads, chase their paperwork and get their invoices out. Brokerages asked about track and trace and carrier onboarding. What began as a night desk became a full operations function.
Where we are
Our team works from Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan, India. We are not vague about that. The cost advantage of working from here is a large part of why a small carrier can afford proper coverage at all, and pretending otherwise would be silly.
What we are careful about is the other half. Our people work your hours, inside your systems, under your company name, with a named person and a named backup on every account. That is what separates a dedicated team from a task queue.
What we believe about the work
We support your operation. We do not control it.
A dispatch service that holds your broker relationships, your load board credentials and your email has made itself difficult to leave. That is a business model, and it is not ours.
We would rather earn the renewal every month. Your authority, your accounts, your relationships, your name on the paperwork. We staff the desk and bring you the decisions. If the arrangement stops being worth it, you should be able to end it and take everything with you, because none of it ever left.
Languages
Our team works in English, Punjabi and Hindi. For a good number of the fleets we serve in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, being able to speak to a driver in Punjabi at three in the morning is not a nice extra. It is the reason the call goes well.
