New fleet launch
The infrastructure a new carrier needs before it needs coverage. Website, phones, business email and the presentations that get a setup packet accepted.
Brokers check before they set you up. A new carrier with no website, a free email address and a mobile number that goes to voicemail looks like a risk, because a meaningful share of fraud in this industry looks exactly like that.
None of that is a judgment on the operator. It is a pattern-matching problem, and the fix is administrative. A carrier that looks established gets processed. One that does not gets put at the bottom of the pile.
This package exists to get that out of the way in the first weeks, so the trucks are working while the competition is still waiting on setups.
What is included
- A website on your own domain, built and handed over to you
- Business email on that domain for you and your drivers
- A business phone system with extensions and forwarding
- A carrier presentation for broker setups
- A broker presentation if you are setting up a brokerage
- A reusable setup packet with your documents assembled correctly
- Basic branding: logo, colours and a consistent look across all of it
The website
Not a brochure nobody reads. A small site that answers what a broker or a shipper checks: who you are, what equipment you run, where you operate, your authority and insurance details, and a way to reach a person. Fast, on your own domain, and yours to keep.
The phone system
A business number rather than a mobile. Extensions so dispatch, accounts and the owner are separate. Forwarding so a line can be handed between people or covered overnight. Voicemail that arrives as email so nothing sits on a handset nobody checks.
This is also what makes after-hours coverage possible later, which is why it is worth doing properly at the start.
Business email
Addresses on your own domain for you, dispatch, accounts and your drivers. This matters more than it sounds. An email on your domain is the difference between a setup packet that gets processed and one that gets queried, and it means the broker correspondence lives somewhere you control.
The presentations
A carrier presentation is what you send with a setup packet. Equipment, lanes, insurance, safety, references and how to reach you, in one document that does not look like it was made in a hurry. For brokerages, the equivalent document aimed at shippers.
The setup packet
Assembled once, correctly, and reused. Consistent legal names across every document, insurance certificate wording that matches what brokers ask for, authority documentation, tax forms completed properly. Most first-month rejections come from this list.
What comes after
Once the authority is active and setups are being accepted, the operation is a normal one. Most new fleets move on to load booking or dispatch, and some take a shared seat covering booking and paperwork together.
There is no requirement to. The package is a one-off and it stands on its own.
Common questions
Questions we get asked
Do we own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the site files are handed over. We build it and you own it.
What kind of phone system?
A business number that rings wherever you need it, with extensions, voicemail to email and call forwarding so a dispatch line can be handed between people or covered overnight.
How long does the setup take?
Two to three weeks for the full package, faster for email and phones alone. Most of the wait is content and approvals rather than build time.
Can we take the package without ongoing services?
Yes. It is a one-off project and there is no requirement to buy dispatch or back office afterwards.

A short call is enough to work out whether a dedicated seat, a shared seat or a single service is the right shape. No commitment, no pressure, and we will say so if we are not the right fit.
