Canadian carriers and brokerages
Dispatch, overnight coverage, billing and back office for Canadian trucking companies, in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
A large share of our work is Canadian. That is partly history, because the first carriers Techluj covered were in Ontario, and partly time zones. When it is two in the morning in Brampton it is the middle of our working day, which is the reason overnight coverage is not something we charge a premium for.
It is also language. Our team works in English, Punjabi and Hindi, which for a large number of Canadian small fleets is the difference between a difficult three o'clock phone call and a straightforward one.
What Canadian carriers usually need
Cross-border attention, because a customs problem caught before the truck arrives at the bridge costs nothing and one caught after costs hours. Appointment discipline, because the distribution centres release next-day windows early. And overnight board coverage, because American brokers are posting freight while Canadian offices are closed.
