Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked most, answered straight. If yours is not here, ask us.
Where is your team based?
Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. We are open about it, and it is the reason a small carrier can afford round-the-clock coverage at all. Our people work North American hours, in your systems, under your company name.
What does it cost?
It depends on the hours and the functions covered, so we quote rather than publish a price list. The honest headline is that a dedicated or shared seat costs a fraction of what the same coverage costs staffed in North America, which is what makes covering nights and weekends possible for a small fleet.
Do you take over our broker relationships?
No, and we have written the reason down at length. Setup packets carry your name, your phone number and an email address on your domain. Load board work happens as a named user on your subscription. If you left us tomorrow, none of it would have to be handed back.
Are we locked into a contract?
No long lock-in and no exclusivity. The arrangement should earn its cost every month. If it stops doing that, you should be able to end it on short notice.
Which systems do you work in?
Yours. Your TMS, your load board subscription, your email domain, your tracking platform. We train on your setup during onboarding rather than asking you to move to something we prefer.
Will the same person handle our account?
Yes. A named primary and a named backup, both introduced to you before they start. The backup works your account regularly enough to cover holidays without starting from scratch.
What hours can you cover?
Anything up to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Overnight and weekend coverage is where most of the demand sits, and because of the time difference it is our normal working day rather than a premium shift.
Do you work with freight brokerages as well as carriers?
Yes. Brokerages typically start with track and trace, carrier onboarding or billing, and a number of them use our outbound sales desk for shipper prospecting and carrier capacity.
Can you speak to our drivers in Punjabi or Hindi?
Yes. Our team works in English, Punjabi and Hindi. For a lot of fleets in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia that turns out to matter a great deal at three in the morning.
How quickly can you start?
Usually about three weeks from the first conversation to a person running your desk, including a two-week shadowing period. Single services can move faster.
Do you make rate decisions for us?
Only within limits you set in writing. Anything below your floor comes to you with the reasoning attached. Driver discipline, hiring, customer decisions and anything touching your safety rating stay entirely with you.
What happens if something goes wrong overnight?
It is handled, documented and written into the morning handover. Anything on the escalation list you wrote during onboarding reaches you immediately, whatever the hour. Nothing that is not on that list wakes you up.
Tell us what is falling through the cracks
A short call is enough to work out whether a dedicated seat, a shared seat or a single service is the right shape. No commitment, no pressure, and we will say so if we are not the right fit.
